What type of members does any particular TE attract? Who will be seeing your ads?
Military sites like this appeal to Americans. Anyone that has been in marketing for a while knows that the most valuable customers are buyers,which tend to come from USA, Canada, Australia and the UK. So if you want to market to Americans, you should be marketing to military themed sites.
